18th May 2019, peacefully at Park Manor Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family after a long illness.
Beloved husband of Mary, devoted father of Maria, Mark and Laura, and much loved granda to John, Matthew, Sophie, James and Ryan, father in law to William, Lee and Aaron, brother to Briege,
Margaret (Peggy), Rosemary, Donal and Ann.
John's remains will leave his family home, 23 Sunningdale Park North, Belfast, BT14 6RZ on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 at 11.30am to arrive at Holy Family Church, Newington for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon, burial afterwards in Carnmoney Cemetery.
Deeply regretted by his loving family circle.
